  • No, Wi-Fi is not needed by robots to operate on a day-to-day basis. Wi-Fi is only needed in the first instance to map the environment. This is done by the Nexoserv team and requires a Wi-Fi connection to be accessed remotely.

    When operating in delivery mode, the robots do not need to be online or connected to Wi-Fi.
